VIKSUA SCUM Control stores Discord OAuth profile linkage, encrypted OAuth tokens, and database-backed sessions in operator-controlled PostgreSQL. Synthetic `.invalid` placeholder emails may be created when Discord does not return an email address; they are never treated as verified contact addresses.

The Web application does not access GameServerAgent, GameClientOverlay, or Discord relay SQLite databases. See `docs/PRIVACY_POLICY.md` for the full repository privacy notes.
